Jacque Hartley is Senior Counsel at Robinson Franzman, LLP, a boutique corporate and commercial real estate law firm serving clients across the United States as counsel for multifamily acquisitions and development, commercial real estate finance, private equity, financial services, commercial real estate development and investment. Jacque assists clients with a full range of legal services to clients in commercial and multifamily real estate, whether they are buying, selling, or financing. Jacque also has a background in private equity mergers and acquisitions which she uses to assist clients with private equity real estate investment deals on behalf of multifamily sponsors and investors.
Before joining Robinson Franzman, Jacque practiced corporate law, transactional law, and commercial real estate both in house and at some of Atlanta's largest and most prestigious law firms. Jacque currently resides in East Atlanta. Jacque is a graduate of Harvard University and the University of Virginia School of Law. Jacque is an avid runner and enjoys traveling to marathons and ultra races across the United States and beyond.
