John Spencer

John Spencer is a native of Atlanta, Georgia and a 30 year veteran of the commercial real estate and title industry. John received his Bachelors of Arts and Bachelors of Science from Appalachian State University where he double majored in real estate and urban analysis and management. John went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa, College of Law. Prior to joining Atlas Title Agency, LLC, John has spent his 30-plus career in the commercial real estate and title industry as Senior Underwriting Counsel for nearly all of the major title insurance companies, including Stewart Title, Chicago Title and First American.

John lives in Buckhead with his wife and has two grown boys, one of which is a proud Eagle Scout.
