Marc Dubuc is a native of Marietta, Georgia and joins Robinson Franzman hailing various experiences in the securities and corporate law. Marc received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia. Marc went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Mercer University School of Law in Macon.
Marc is a member of the firm’s corporate, private equity and commercial real estate practice groups and represents clients in a wide range of corporate and real estate matters such as real estate syndication, private placements, formation of real estate investment funds, joint ventures, and commercial lending.
Prior to joining the firm, Marc worked at a boutique law firm focusing on securities and investment fund formation. During law school Marc clerked for the Securities and Exchange Commission in Atlanta. Marc lives in Vinings and enjoys cooking, watching UGA football games, traveling, and attending car shows around Atlanta.
