Christopher P. Berney

Christopher P. Berney is a partner at Robinson Franzman LLP, where he practices commercial litigation with a focus on secured transactions and landlord-tenant matters. Based in the Decatur, Georgia area, Mr. Berney brings substantial experience in complex commercial disputes and creditor representation. His practice encompasses a wide range of commercial law matters, with particular depth in UCC Article 9 secured transactions and related financing issues.
