Robinson Franzman LLP expands its Real Estate and Corporate Capabilities with the Addition of Partner Nicholas G. Moore

Robinson Franzman LLP welcomes Nicholas G. Moore as Partner in the firm and member of the firm’s national Real Estate and Corporate practice. In addition to the firm’s real estate and corporate practice, he adds significant and depth to the firm’s technology and private equity legal practice.

With nearly a decade of corporate law experience, Moore focuses his practice on advising domestic and foreign clients on a range of commercial real estate and corporate services. His clients include large and small real estate developers, real estate brokerages, investors in self-storage facilities, apartment complexes, private equity funds, and technology companies, to name a few. Moore was selected by SuperLawyers as a 2021 Georgia Rising Star for the practice areas of Corporate and Business.

“Nick has an impressive transactional and corporate portfolio and has overseen a number of large commercial real estate deals, mergers and acquisitions, and serves as outside general counsel to many small and mid-sized technology companies. That experience brings great value to our clients and adds depth in our Atlanta office and at the national level as we continue to enhance our ability to advise clients across the U.S.,” said Robinson Franzman Managing Partner, Todd N. Robinson.

Moore has significant experience organizing and arranging private equity funds and drafting joint venture operating agreements for the investment in real estate and other commercial securities, as well as providing operational legal services for middle market companies such as drafting masters services agreements, SAAS agreements, and other operational documents required for companies to operate efficiently.  Moore’s vast real estate and private equity experience ranges from handling dozens of commercial real estate and non-real estate secured closings to managing blind and deal-specific equity capitalizations up to $50 million and beyond.

Moore furthers his legal knowledge through memberships with Georgia Bar Association’s Real Estate and Business Sections, Cobb County Bar Association, and others. Moore earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from Kennesaw State University. Moore split time between Regent University in Virginia and Georgia State University College of Law where Moore spent his final three semesters and completed an externship with FINRA in Atlanta.

“Robinson Franzman has an impressive national reputation for providing outstanding corporate and commercial real estate services and I am excited to collaborate with my new colleagues to continue expanding the firm’s practices and client base,” said Moore. “I am equally excited to capitalize on the robust capabilities that the team is currently offering to our clients.”
